Mass Rapid Transit System (MRT)
HLS has more than 20 years experience including numerous successful ventures in MRT construction works. We also had the honour of being invited by Taipei Metropolitan Area Rapid Transit Systems (Taiwan) to provide technical consultant services for the construction of two MRT stations in Taipei. Below are some of the other MRT projects we have undertaken:

Construction of viaducts and tunnels for Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Chua Chu Kang and Boon Lay MRT Stations under Phase Two of the east-west MRT line, Taipei Metropolitan Area Rapid Transit Systems, Nankang Line Contract 255 Station BL 10 and BL 11 and line section with pedestrian Mall

Joint venture with a reputable international construction company for the design, construction and completion of Sengkang, Buangkok and Punggol MRT stations, including tunnels.

Construction of an underground MRT depot situated at Kim Chuan Road spanning between Hougang Ave 3 and Paya Lebar Road with 3 levels RC structure in Circle Line (CCL), consisting of piling, architectural, civil and building services works and a stretch of vehicular flyover above depot forming part of Bartley Extension project. The site area is about 127,000 m2.

Airport Projects
HLS has maintained a very close working relationship with Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) for the past 20 years and has completed the following projects:-

Completed the construction of Changi Airport Terminal 3 Aircraft Parking Aprons with an approximated contract sum of $54 million

Awarded a similar project for the expansion of Changi Airport Terminal 1 with a contract sum of $52.3 million

Completed the construction of the Aircraft Parking Aprons, Associated Taxiways and Ancillary Works for phase 1 of the expansion of Changi Airport Terminal 2 with a contract sum of $48.3 million
